OVERVIEW
The Enjoy Ministry department exists to assist people at Enjoy Church to connect to a suitable ministry in the life of the Church. We are passionate about each individual fulfilling their calling as well as seeing the Church move forward and impact the community.
There are no hoops to jump through as our desire is to build bridges, so why not navigate a little further under this section and discover how we can assist you to connect to a ministry department.
COURSES & PROCESSES
The Enjoy Ministry Department can assist you to:
1. Identify your Gifts and Calling
We currently conduct the STEPPS course and other identification programs approximately every 6 weeks. These programs will assist you to identify your God-given shape and match you to a suitable ministry department in the life of the Church. At the conclusion of each course, all participants are invited to attend a ‘one to one’ interview to personally discuss the results as well as a suitable ministry placement.
2. Be Appropriately Placed
Recognising that ministry needs to be tried to be understood, members are then invited to participate in a suitably matched ministry team. Participants are introduced to the relevant Department Leader and are appropriately positioned within the respective team.
3. Feel Supported During the Initial Phase of Ministry Placement
We will work with you to ensure that your placement is successful and that you are receiving the support required to thrive in your new ministry department. This will take place via follow up interviews which provide opportunity for formal feedback, and review the suitability of your placement.
