LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Leadership Development is a key to our ongoing success as a church. We as a church are strongly committed to raising up every individual that they might fulfil their life’s calling through leading godly lives, and leading others as God allows them.
Within church life there are many streams of leadership equipping, from “Maximum Impact”, “Paradise College of Ministries Melbourne”, through to department specific leadership development.
